Prayer for My Family

Unless the LORD builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the LORD guards the city, The watchman stays awake in vain.

Psalm 127:1 (NKJV)

Heavenly Father, I invite You to build my home. Unless You build the house, our labour is in vain, so I ask You to be the foundation of my family.

Let love, patience and kindness fill our home. Heal any division between us and restore communication where it has broken down. Protect every member of my family, near and far, from harm and from every plan of the enemy.

Provide for our needs and give us wisdom in our decisions. Draw each one of us closer to You, and let our home be a place of peace, laughter and prayer. May my family serve You for generations to come.
